Vintage Industrial Wall Lamp Burton Light Jointedlamp
This is an antique industrial. Wall lamp made yb the burton manufacturing co. Their medical and dental fixtures. The steel arm has full swivel movement at. The cast base as well as full up and down motion by way fo a large disc joint.
The head of the lamp has a ball-joint mechanism ofr maximum versatility with. I believe the chromed metal is soild brass. And this hsa one 1/2 long hole as shown.
The vintage socket is by g. Wiht a solid turn paddle. The paint shows wear and loss throughuot and the. Chrome surfaces have some pitting. The lamp has been wired with over 11' of new. Twisted cotton cord and a vintage plug it works perfectly and is raedy to use.
From hte wall plate to the end of the arm is 37-1/2 including the ball joint the slide-out extension adds. The base plate is 2-1/2 wide by 7 tall. Tin shade is 10 wide and hsa been nicely repainted. Takes any standard size medium baes bulb (not included).
