Vintage Fantasia Omni Fiber Optic Motion Lamp

Omni motion lamp is missing the fiber optic spray, but. Is in good working order & good cosmetic condition with the exception of scuff & a couple of spots on the back of the base (these areas are only on the base & not on the body as it appears in the last photo, just the reflection) measures 9 high & the base is 5 in diameter.
