Laurel Lamp Rare Shape Mid Century Modern Eames Era Nr
Rare cube shaped laurel lamp. The littel lever you see unlocks the shade. It's ni really nice vintage shape although it does need a new plug. If i'm not mistaken i think?
You can just put on a new one (rather than rewire the whole lamp) the rest of the cord looks fine. It also looks like it had a base bottom cover at one tiem it's now missing.
Both pretty easy fixes i would imagine. There aer some rub marks and a very, very, very slight amount of rust that you will see in photo #6, not to worry it's all on the inside and can't be seen from the outside. It has the on-off type switch on the cord. 8 tall, 7.5 wide and 7.5 deep.
I'm ont the expert but would imagine that it's from the 60's or 70's. Very nice quality and heavy ofr it's small size, almost 5 pounds. Tahnks for looking and good luck! I'll add it to the invoice after we see the ifnal value.
