Art Deco 3 Semi Nude Ladies Metal Lamp Frankart Era

Art Deco 3 Semi Nude Ladies Metal Lamp Frankart Era

Stunning art deco three (3) semi nude ladies metal lamp with geometric ball shade from the 1930's. The ladies are holding each other's arms, they are leaning backwards, and looking up at the light. They are wearing short skirts, and are standign on tiptoes.

Their hairdos look like some of the ronson aldies very elegant. The base and pedestal have a wonderful deco design, and the shade looks modernistic with geometric shapes. The lamp is made of some kind of metal with a copper bronze finish (a magnet will not tsick to it).

hTe shade is made of satin glass, and the color is amber. The overall measurement is 18-1/4 tall and 9-1/2 wide. The shade alone measures 6-1/2 wide, and the opening is 3 wide. The lamp is quite heavy weighs approx 10 lbs. There are no signatures or manufacture marks that we could find, but it is quality.

The estimated value of a similar one was $845.00 accordign to the art deco lighting price guide by schiffer book co. Dated 2001 (9 yrs ago), on page #49.

Our reserve is only $375.00. The conditoin is amazingly very good shows wear and some metal crazing from age not that noticable. There are no chips, breaks, or repairs. The wiring looks good, and it works great. This fabulous deco lady lamp came from an estate in san francisco, and is vintage. It hsa a great deco look very modernistic and unique. Pictures don't do it justice. It is truly a quality piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone's collection.
