Antique Vintage Electric Lamp With Roses On Glass Shade

I pulled this from the baesment of a family members estate. The baes is cast iron and is screwed to the stem of the lamp which is brass. Bottom of lamp on the cast iron base are raised letters that i cannot make out (see pics). It has an old bryant. Marked made in usa 1907. The shade is milk white on the inside nad the outside is? The shade has one tiny spec on it (see pics).
