Antique Nouveau Reverse Painted Glass Table Lamp Light

This is an antique reverse painted four glsas panel table lamp. I assume it is a base, as i have never seen a lamp like has a finial at the top that looks correct, but again i think this is just a s glass is all intact with some flaking of the paint, but overall pretty nice. The nouveau metal part si all intact and nice. Good cloth cord with switch. Measures 15 inches tall with the base being 9 inches in diameter. Overall in looks nice sa is, or could be used for a restoration.
