Consists of a solid metal rod upright with an adjustable horizontial bar footing taht will slide up and down allowing height and angle adjustments. The upright leads to a black metal diffuser shade (also adjustable via a ball pivot fitting) with neat tiny pierced hole formations surrounding its upper edge. Theer is also a little metal loop at the very bottom of the upright, which allows the lamp to also be used as a wall sconce (see pics). Measures about 11 by 11 by 5. In nice condition for its age with osme expected overall wear, so it is for someone not minding vintage character. The meatl shade has some small impressions in the metal and few light scuffs and scratches.
