This lamp has a 4 square milk glass base with gilded accents. There are no damages or any repairs and the last owner properly converted this lamp to electricity. The hand blown, 10 diameter milk glass shade is also in perfect condition. Each level will have a flat rate depending on the size of the bxo after the item is packed. (30sq inch and smaller packages). All items must be sent fully insured overseas.
